Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel. This policy was prepared as a starting point and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Highlighted items must be confirmed before this page is relied upon.

This Privacy Policy explains how Mommy Money LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as "MILKI Management" ("MILKI," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website or submit an application through it.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to this website only. It does not cover any third-party platform you may separately use, including live streaming platforms, social media services, or payment providers, each of which has its own privacy practices.

2. You must be 18 or older

This website and our services are intended solely for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may hold such information, contact us at the address in Section 11.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the application questionnaire, we collect what you enter there:

Only the first three are required. You are not obliged to answer the optional questions, and leaving them blank does not disqualify your application. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field.

If you later correspond with us, we collect whatever you choose to include in that correspondence.

If your application progresses, we will separately request additional information — which may include your legal name, date of birth, and government-issued identification for the purpose of verifying that you are 18 or older. That information is collected outside this website and is covered by the terms presented to you at that time.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security provider automatically processes technical information when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the time of your request. This is standard server and network logging used to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on this website. We do not collect payment information here.

4. How we use information

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

5. Service providers

We share information with a small number of vendors who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to provide their service:

6. We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process; to protect our rights, safety, or property or that of others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy.

7. How long we keep information

We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and act on it, and afterward only as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business purposes and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to retain it, we will do so.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using Section 11. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with your submission, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of authorization.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
